I used to love playing video games because of which I’m very much interested in Math. I take Math as a video game i.e solving each level to unlock next level, upgrading equations , eliminating variables for to find the treasured values until the goal is achieved . So I try to develop the interest of students before starting the hard level of solving math problems. I make them understand by demonstrating how to solve questions first and then asking them to solve through practice questions

I prepare myself for the session before the session which includes knowing the weakness and strengths of the students, selection of questions , exam style, Year Cirriculum and topics. 
Progress in Math is made by Clear concepts,  Consistent practice, Understanding and Interest . I beleive that these cannot be made untill the environment is relaxed and confident. I try to build that confident student-tutor relationship in which a student feels free to ask and ask again and again until the concept is clear.

I also belive in team work therefore I work with my students to reach their targeted grades . Success can be achieved with hardwork as well as smart work. I preffer to teach both. I work hard to teach how to do smart work.
